Description
He was not in the least bit scared to be mashed into a pulp,

To have his kneecaps split, and his body burned away,
And his limbs all hacked and mangled, brave Sir Robin!
-- Sir Robin's Minstrels
The spell Theme Song magically stirs potent emotions within the soul of the target by either reciting good things about them, or complimenting their actions with a tasteful musical accompaniment. Anyone that can recognize and appreciate any form of praise or music can be affected by having a Theme Song cast. This would include dwarves and dancing mushrooms like the ones from Fantasia. I loved that movie when I was younger.
In game terms this translates into a concentrated form of the bardic ability to inspire courage. As less experienced people have more skill potential, the theme song inspires them to act more efficiently than it would a seasoned adventurer. Also, the big shots already know that they deserve songs and praises. Anything mentioned in the song is true. They have nothing to prove by being extra-heroic. The effect lasts as long as the caster can continue to play the focus instrument. Walking and attacking are possible for the caster while Theme Song is in effect, but not the casting of additional spells.
